- How will we market your house to the brokerage community? Most buyers use a real estate agent, so marketing to real estate agents is essential. As your agent I will send a personal email to announce your new listing, and any changes, to each one of the almost 3,750 agents in Hudson County.
- We advertise on 9 top real estate websites, including Realtor.com, NewYorkTimes.com and Weichert.com
- All my listings are advertised weekly in Craig'sList.com, VillageVoice.com and Trulia.com just to name a few VIP websites in this area.
- Who will create your sales flyers? Buyers expect fact sheets to take with them when they drive-by or tour a house for sale. Our in-house Graphic Designer will help me create amazing professional brochures.
- Where will you place signage? In addition to your front yard, is there areas leading in to your neighborhood where Weichert For Sale and Open House signs would be appropriate? My Weichert Yellow Signs gets all the attention from the street.
- How will potential buyers find information about your house on the Internet? You'll want potential buyers who begin their house shopping on the Internet to find your house.
